RG Consultancy is seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their part-time finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing purchase orders, delivery notes, and purchase invoices, as well as managing weekly and monthly payment runs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process purchase orders, delivery notes, and purchase invoices
  • Manage weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Check supplier statements and liaise with suppliers regarding invoice queries
  • Liaise with the purchasing department regarding order queries
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as filing, photocopying, and answering the phone
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience working in a Purchase Ledger or similar role
  • Experience with SAGE 50 is preferred
  • CIS experience is highly desirable
