RG Consultancy is seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their part-time finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing purchase orders, delivery notes, and purchase invoices, as well as managing weekly and monthly payment runs.
Key Responsibilities- Process purchase orders, delivery notes, and purchase invoices
- Manage weekly and monthly payment runs
- Check supplier statements and liaise with suppliers regarding invoice queries
- Liaise with the purchasing department regarding order queries
- Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as filing, photocopying, and answering the phone
- At least 2 years' experience working in a Purchase Ledger or similar role
- Experience with SAGE 50 is preferred
- CIS experience is highly desirable
