Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team, responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of medical imaging systems, including X-ray, CT, and MRI systems, located at hospitals and healthcare centers throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, repair, and maintain medical imaging systems, including X-ray, CT, and MRI systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and advancements in medical imaging systems.
Requirements
  • Experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing X-ray equipment from various sectors, including medical, industrial, and military backgrounds.
  • Qualification in electronics or a relevant technical discipline.
  • Previous field service experience, preferably in a medical or technical environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
