Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of our range of highly advanced medical imaging systems located at hospitals and healthcare centers throughout your local region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical imaging systems, including X-ray, CT, and MRI equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work independently and as part of a team to resolve complex technical issues and challenges
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service and support

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing medical imaging equipment
  • Qualification in electronics or a related technical discipline
  • Previous field service experience, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
