Job Title: Clinical Lead Physiotherapist Orthopaedics and Surgery

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to join our team at Spire Fylde Coast Hospital in Blackpool. As a key member of our Physio Department, you will be responsible for leading and developing our physiotherapy services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective physiotherapy strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practice.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of physiotherapy services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Registered Physiotherapist with the HCPC.
  • Postgraduate qualification in physiotherapy management or leadership.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing physiotherapy teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
