Spire Fylde Coast Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapy Manager to join our Physio Department on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of wards, offices, and shared spaces throughout the hospital.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve health and safety, security, and quality of care.
- Collaborate with specialist and highly specialist physiotherapists to set and monitor standards of physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment capabilities and competencies across the team.
- Collect, collate, and organize data to make informed decisions about clients' physiotherapy needs and promote their wellbeing.
- Provide physiotherapy advice and support to colleagues and others using highly developed clinical and managerial expertise.
- Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc Hons) or equivalent.
- Registered with the Healthcare Professional Council.
- Experience in applying clinical reasoning skills to complex patient case mixes, including orthopaedics.
