About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapy Manager to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Lead a team of physiotherapists in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with complex and chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with consultants and other healthcare professionals to develop innovative solutions for service improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of excellence in patient care, safety, and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote best practice and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development of the physiotherapy service, including strategic planning and budgeting.
Requirements
  • Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • Registered with the Healthcare Professional Council.
  • Supervisory or management qualification desirable.
  • Experience of applying clinical reasoning skills to complex patient case mixes, including orthopaedics.
  • Experience of clinical leadership, including developing peers and change management.
