Volunteer Estate Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a voluntary grounds person to assist our estates team in maintaining the external upkeep of our grounds within our Parkshot Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for general grounds work, including litter picking, emptying of external bins, removing overhanging branches, and other duties as identified.
About the Role
This is a part-time, variable hours position that requires a commitment to supporting the college's estates team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience in grounds keeping and estate work, and will be supported in their role by our experienced estates team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the estates team in maintaining the external grounds, including litter picking and emptying of external bins
- Remove overhanging branches and other hazards to reduce health and safety risks
- Contribute to the upkeep of pathway areas, including removing moss build-up
- Perform other duties as identified by the estates team
