About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Employer Branding Specialist to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our Employer Brand team, you will be responsible for shaping the visual direction of our Employer Brand, which is seen by thousands of employees and hundreds of thousands of potential candidates.

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio and excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. You will be able to interpret design briefs, create original concepts, and manage the creative input of the team to produce engaging content for multiple media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the visual identity of our Employer Brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the Employer Brand and Social Media Manager to create content for internal communications, external attraction campaigns, and branding initiatives.
  • Work closely with other key stakeholders in HR, Communications, and Director-level teams to ensure alignment and effective coordination of the development process.
  • Design and create digital assets for various media platforms, including social media, email, and website content.
  • Present new ideas and concepts for content that will help communicate our Employer Brand messages and campaigns effectively.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge and skills with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong portfolio and degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
  • Natural flair for design and creativity, with an eye for excellent photography and typography.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong people skills at all levels, with the ability to express ideas and creativity.
