Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled User Researcher to join our team at Stealth iT Consulting. As a User Researcher, you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver user-centred design solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-impact research to develop a better understanding of our clients' users.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, developers, and other User Researchers to plan and conduct research.
  • Lead research for your team, suggesting the best approaches and methodologies to use.
  • Plan and run qualitative studies, including remote and in-person interviews, observations, diary studies, concept testing, and usability studies.
  • Use quantitative methods such as surveys to identify actionable insights and collaborate with the analytics team.
  • Consider the end-to-end user journey and external factors that may impact the user experience.
  • Communicate research findings and involve your team in analysis and synthesis.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience of leading user research, using behavioural and attitudinal methods.
  • Experience across multiple phases of a product or service lifecycle.
  • Experience working with Government Digital Service (GDS) service standards and design principles.
  • Strong storytelling, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary, agile teams.
  • Familiarity with using prototypes to test hypotheses and assumptions.
  • Understanding of a range of tools and practices for in-person and remote research.
