Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a key role in leading and managing a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and improve patient outcomes.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Trust policies.
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff members to support their professional development.
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Degree qualification or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Experience of leading and managing a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals.
  • Experience of developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
