Clinical Lead Nurse Opportunity in Bradford

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team in Bradford. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents and leading a team of care assistants.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautiful nursing home with a resident-centred approach. You will be working closely with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor blood sugar levels and IV administration
  • Manage wounds and administer oxygen
  • Develop treatment plans and oversee a team of care assistants
  • Liaise with the GP and multi-disciplinary team
  • Provide elderly care and infection control
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant nursing qualification
  • Be registered with the NMC
  • Have satisfactory references
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Dementia experience
