Clinical Lead Nurse Opportunity in Bradford

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team in Bradford. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of care assistants.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a resident-centred service, providing nursing services to the elderly with general and dementia care. You will be working alongside the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, splitting duties such as appraisals, audits, staff rotas, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor blood sugar levels and IV
  • Manage wounds
  • Administer oxygen
  • Develop treatment plans
  • Oversee a team of care assistants
  • Liaise with the GP and multi-disciplinary team
  • Provide elderly care
  • Implement infection control measures
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant nursing qualification
  • Be registered with the NMC
  • Have satisfactory references
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Dementia experience
