Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and supporting the development of our services.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of staff and supporting their development
  • Working with individuals with complex health needs and behaviors that challenge
  • Managing and implementing risk plans
  • Supervising clinical staff and providing leadership on safeguarding concerns
  • Working across service interfaces and in a multicultural framework
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with the NMC
  • Current NMC registration
  • Degree qualification or equivalent
  • Evidence of CPD and mentorship sign-off
