Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a key role in leading and managing a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients with complex health needs and behaviors that challenge.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Manage and implement risk plans to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Degree qualification or equivalent.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
  • Mentorship sign-off qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience of clinically leading a team of staff, supporting development, and working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience of working with individuals with complex health needs and behaviors that challenge.
  • Experience of managing and implementing risk plans while working independently and within a team.
