Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Aspect Healthcare as the Head of Clinical Pharmacy - Oncology. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead our clinical pharmacy services and drive excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead compliance with legislation and standards, ensuring patient safety and legal adherence.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, driving high standards in Pharmacy Services.
  • Develop and implement plans for oncology medication services, ensuring best practices and compliance.
  • Create a robust learning framework for all pharmacists, promoting continuous professional development.

Requirements:

  • Pharmacy Qualifications & Registration: Significant experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, risk management, and specialist therapy areas.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing UK pharmacy practice.
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical and operational planning skills.
  • Project Management: Highly organized with a track record of driving innovation and improvement.
