Job Description

Role Purpose:


We are seeking a highly experienced and operational Pharmacist to take on the role of Pharmacy Operations Manager, leading our Pharmacy Services at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare Ltd.

This role is critical in managing the safe and efficient operations of prescription building and query management, ensuring patients receive their correct medication on time and in compliance with our Quality Management System (QMS) and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of pharmacy services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Pharmacist registration with the relevant regulatory body.
  • Proven experience in pharmacy operations management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
