Position Overview:
Are you a seasoned Business Analyst seeking a fresh and engaging role where your contributions are recognized and valued? This is an opportunity to make a tangible difference in our organization.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of relevant business sectors to propose effective solutions and develop comprehensive requirements.
  • Collaborate with business and delivery teams to shape and prioritize requirements, offering insights and alternative solutions.
  • Comprehend technical possibilities, constraints, costs, and risks while fostering strong relationships with business partners to navigate trade-offs and collaboratively refine requirements.
  • Convert conceptual user needs into precise, detailed functional specifications.
  • Oversee the requirements scoping throughout the delivery lifecycle and assist delivery teams during development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Evaluate the output from delivery teams to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements; define and execute testing scenarios.
  • Document existing processes and models to identify inefficiencies or gaps, and assist in prioritizing opportunities for streamlining business operations.

Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, complex business projects.
  • Prior involvement in Cloud and SaaS projects, particularly within Retail, Customer Relationship Management, and Supply Chain domains is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate strong relationships across all organizational levels and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven capability to articulate complex technical concepts succinctly to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
  • Familiarity with agile development practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
  • Adept problem solver with strong troubleshooting abilities.
  • Driven by the pursuit of long-term business success.
