Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of relevant business sectors to propose effective solutions and establish high-quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with business and delivery teams to shape and prioritize business needs, providing recommendations and alternative solutions.
  • Comprehend technical possibilities, constraints, costs, and risks while fostering strong relationships with business partners to navigate trade-offs and collaboratively refine requirements.
  • Convert conceptual user needs into precise, detailed functional specifications.
  • Oversee requirements scoping throughout the delivery cycle and assist delivery teams during the development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Evaluate delivery team outputs to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements; define and execute testing protocols.
  • Document existing processes and models to identify inefficiencies or gaps, assisting in prioritizing opportunities for process enhancement.
Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, complex business projects.
  • Background in Cloud and SaaS solution projects, particularly in Retail, Customer Relationship Management, and Supply Chain systems is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate strong relationships at all organizational levels and influence effectively.
  • Proven capability to convey complex technical concepts succinctly to diverse stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Driven by the pursuit of long-term business success.
