About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Manager to join our team at Gravity Head Office. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing change initiatives that impact business processes, systems, and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviors.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Engage with and support senior leaders to drive business transformation.
  • Design and deliver effective communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Create and distribute communications materials such as reports, presentations, and newsletters.
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to ensure employees are equipped to handle changes.
  • Coordinate training sessions and materials.
  • Identify potential resistance and develop plans to mitigate it.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help them through the change process.
  • Monitor the progress of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of change management activities.
  • Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Collaborate with business teams to ensure alignment and integration of change efforts.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improving change management processes.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to improve future change initiatives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in change management or change-related roles.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred.
  • Proven track record of facilitating/managing change in complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
