Influencing and PersuasionUtilize influencing and persuasion skills to establish the basis for successful delivery of workstreams.
Collaboration and AnalysisCollaborate with others to ensure timely delivery of projects/programmes, analyzing disparate sources of information to understand complex situations and recommend actions to senior leaders.
Resource AnalysisLead responsibility for analyzing resources for workforce development and ensuring proposals for change account for available resources.
Data Analysis and ReportingProvide in-depth analysis of data, national policies, and legislation to produce education and workforce development plans and reports.
Performance MonitoringMonitor performance against national and local targets relating to the NHS Long Term workforce plan, identifying areas for improvement.
Reporting and DocumentationPrepare strategic reports, briefings, business cases, and project documentation, adopting project and programme management methodologies in reporting to senior managers.
Project LeadershipLead individual workforce transformation projects ensuring engagement of stakeholders.
Business Case DevelopmentTake a lead role in writing and developing business cases (including costed options appraisals).
Service Provider EngagementWork with colleagues to ensure service providers have effective approaches to workforce transformation.
Budget ManagementContribute to the effective management of budgets related to agreed workstreams and associated contracts.
Leadership and ManagementProvide management and leadership to staff, ensuring performance management and adherence to organizational policies.
Organizational PerformanceParticipate in key initiatives to ensure high organizational performance is achieved.
