Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring all facilities and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
  • Supervise and support a team of staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective procedures to ensure the centre runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and control centre budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive centre environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve centre operations and services.
