We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Tesco Partners. As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing our pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care and services.

As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy, including the supply of prescriptions, delivery of NHS and private services, and provision of healthcare advice to customers. You will also be responsible for supporting the Pharmacy Manager in building relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries.

We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background in pharmacy management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care and services.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy, including the supply of prescriptions and delivery of NHS and private services.
  • Provide healthcare advice to customers and support the Pharmacy Manager in building relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries.
  • Support the Pharmacy Manager in developing and implementing pharmacy policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items.
