Job Description

As a key member of the Reed Technology team, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Digital Analyst to spearhead our Digital Trading & Marketing Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape the team's strategic direction and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive commercial action through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics capabilities to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading digital analytics teams and driving business growth through data insights.
  • Strong technical skills in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £60,000-70,000 plus a bonus.
  • A hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
