About the Role

The Calico Group is seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to lead our business planning and treasury functions. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business planning and treasury strategy that aligns with our group's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review the group's 30-year business plan, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the development and implementation of our treasury strategy, including cash flow management, funding arrangements, and risk management.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making, including stress testing and scenario planning.
  • Manage the preparation of financial reports, including statutory accounts, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the board, management team, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant with a strong background in treasury management and financial planning.
