Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Thales UK's site in Crawley. As a key member of our Manufacturing Engineering team, you will work closely with existing engineers to develop and implement process control and cost reduction strategies within the Operations sphere.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver production processes that meet on-time and budget requirements
- Drive process implementation and validation to support both manufacturing and pre-production
- Influence and monitor product maturity from concept to series production
- Support manufacturing in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure a level of governance around Manufacturing data packs and processes
Requirements:
- Current experience in Manufacturing, Process or Industrial Engineering
- Strong understanding of Shop floor environment and collaborating with Hardware/Design Engineering for DfM or DfA
- Experience of Manufacturing processes implementation
