Manufacturing Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to play a crucial role in transferring the Online FWM into production, ensuring quality and efficiency in the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Third-Party Management

• Coordinate with vendors to design and implement Jigs, Fixtures, and equipment.

• Evaluate and select suppliers based on technical capabilities and quality standards.

• Monitor and assess the performance of third-party services and products.

2. APQP Documentation Ownership

• Develop and maintain APQP documentation, including project plans, process FMEA, control plans, and process flow diagrams.

• Ensure that all documentation aligns with industry standards and company policies.

• Collaborate with NPD, quality, and production teams to gather necessary inputs for APQP documentation.

3. Automation Implementation

• Design and implement automated manufacturing processes for the Online FWM.

• Evaluate existing manual processes and identify opportunities for automation based on forecasted manufacturing demands.

• Oversee the integration of automated systems into the production line and conduct testing and validation.

4. Process Validation

• Develop and execute validation plans for manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet design specifications and regulatory requirements.

• Utilize statistical methods and tools for process validation.

• Document validation results and create reports for the project team.
