Conveyancing Professional

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Professional to join our team at Uxbridge Employment Agency. As a key member of our residential property team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of conveyancing transactions, drafting legal documents, and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a high-volume caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and deeds
- Conduct thorough title searches and due diligence
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transaction completion
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments
- Minimum 1 year of experience in conveyancing, with a strong track record of managing a caseload
- Qualified Lawyer, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEx, FCILEx, or qualified by experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
