Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team at Uxbridge Employment Agency. As a Conveyancing Professional, you will be responsible for managing the sale and purchase of residential conveyancing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing own case load of residential conveyancing transactions
  • Drafting letters and legal documents
  • Complying with Solicitors Accounts Rules and Rules of Professional Conduct of solicitors
  • Working closely with a team of Legal Assistants to ensure efficient and high-quality service

Requirements:

  • 1 year plus or 20 years plus experience within Conveyancing
  • Ability to work from home with occasional office visits
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
