Job Title: Conveyancing Specialist

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Berkshire (or home based)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Specialist to join our team at Uxbridge Employment Agency. As a Conveyancing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the sale and purchase of residential conveyancing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing your own case load
  • Drafting letters and legal documents
  • Checking title documents
  • Undertaking searches
  • Reporting to clients with relevant information on the purchase or sale of their property
  • Agreeing dates for exchanging Contracts
  • Complying with Solicitors Accounts Rules and Rules of Professional Conduct of solicitors

Requirements:

  • Conveyancing experience, managing own case load
  • Open to speaking to candidates who are a qualified Lawyer, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEx, FCILEx or qualified by experience
