Conveyancing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to manage the sale and purchase of residential conveyancing transactions. This role offers a flexible opportunity that allows you to work from home, with a supportive team and a collaborative environment.

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
• Drafting letters and legal documents
• Checking title documents
• Undertaking property searches
• Reporting to clients with relevant information on their property transactions
• Agreeing dates for exchanging contracts
• Complying with Solicitors Accounts Rules and Professional Conduct

This opportunity provides a flexible working arrangement, allowing you to work from home or in a hybrid setting. You will be supported by a team of Legal Assistants, enabling you to focus on conveyancing work. Once a transaction reaches the exchange stage, you will pass it on to a team member specialising in completion.

• Previous experience managing your own conveyancing caseload
• Open to candidates who are qualified Lawyers, Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEx, FCILEx, or qualified by experience
