Medical Device Customer Support Specialist - Finnish

Language Matters is seeking a highly skilled Finnish-speaking Medical Device Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and technical assistance to our Finnish-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone and email, resolving complex customer inquiries related to medical devices and services.
  • Work independently to investigate, analyse, and offer tailored solutions, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact, providing expert guidance and advice on products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer support and resolve any issues that may arise.
