Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation
    • Meet sales goals and targets
    • Utilize sales and service techniques to maximize sales performance
    • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise and products
    • Monitor sales details, including shipping, alterations, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Comply with all sales-related policies and procedures
  • Customer Service
    • Provide the highest level of customer service and build strong relationships with clients
    • Utilize client book and maintain repeat clientele
    • Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively
  • Operations
    • Maintain a clean and organized selling floor and merchandise
    • Assist in inventory management, including stockroom and selling floor
    • Participate in inventories and maintain accurate records
    • Comply with all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures
    • Properly execute all relevant register functions

Requirements

Minimum 2 years retail experience
