Job Role: Site Lead Teacher
Contract: Term-time Permanent
We are seeking a highly skilled SEN specialist to join our team as Site Lead Teacher at Delta House Site in Mansfield. As a Site Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in implementing a broad, balanced, and differentiated curriculum for learners through individual and small group delivery.
Our Site Lead Teachers work collaboratively and holistically on a specific site to deliver an education provision that is unique to each learner, giving them the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
Travel between sites within the specified locality is required to support and engage with young people as needed. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for transporting them to various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a broad, balanced, and differentiated curriculum for learners
- Deliver individual and small group education sessions

Requirements:
- SEN specialist qualification and experience
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work collaboratively and holistically with colleagues
