Job Title: Lead Nurse - Adult Community Mental Health

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Nurse to join our Adult Community Mental Health team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

About the Role:
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff, promoting best practices and evidence-based care.

Requirements:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of delivering high-quality patient care and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of initiative and problem-solving skills.
