Job Title: Lead Nurse - Adult Community Mental Health
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Nurse to join our Adult Community Mental Health team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of mental health professionals, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of mental health professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with individuals, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the team's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and goals.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to team members, promoting their professional development and well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure seamless care coordination and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse with the NMC.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of mental health professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with the ability to assess and manage complex mental health needs.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
