Job Title: Lead Nurse - Adult Community Mental Health

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Nurse to join our Adult Community Mental Health team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, with experience in community settings. You will be responsible for leading a team of nurses, providing clinical supervision, and ensuring that our services are delivered in accordance with best practice and national guidelines.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to our patients. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing care plans, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of nurses, providing clinical supervision and guidance
  • Develop and implement care plans, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and support
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients
  • Ensure that our services are delivered in accordance with best practice and national guidelines
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with a strong background in community settings
  • Experience in leading a team of nurses, providing clinical supervision and guidance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to develop and implement care plans, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and support
  • Knowledge of national guidelines and best practice in mental health care
