At Real Education, we're committed to providing a unique education provision that empowers learners to achieve their individual potential. We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Lead Teacher to join our team at Delta House Site in Mansfield.

As a Site Lead Teacher, you'll work collaboratively with our team to deliver a broad, balanced, and differentiated curriculum that meets the needs of each learner. You'll be responsible for implementing individual and small group delivery, ensuring that every child has access to a high-quality education.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about education, has a strong understanding of SEN needs, and is able to work effectively with our team to drive student outcomes. If you're a motivated and enthusiastic educator who is committed to making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of each learner \t
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a high-quality education provision \t
  • Ensure that every child has access to a broad, balanced, and differentiated curriculum \t
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making adjustments as needed \t
  • Contribute to the development of our education program, ensuring that it remains relevant and effective \t
  • Support the development of our team, providing guidance and coaching as needed \t
  • Engage with parents and carers, keeping them informed of student progress and involving them in the education process \t
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of our education strategy \t
  • Requirements:

    • SEN specialist with a strong understanding of SEN needs \t
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \t
    • Ability to work effectively with our team to drive student outcomes \t
    • Strong organizational and time management skills \t
    • Ability to travel between sites within the specified locality \t
    • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle \t
