Your primary responsibility will be to manage our relationships with key wholesale accounts, including Unitas and Country Range Group. You'll work closely with our cross-functional selling team to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive business growth and maximize joint opportunities.
As a National Account Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering customer AOP P&L, encompassing agreed volume, NSV, GP & GP% measures. You'll also negotiate pricing, promotions, and account planning with customers, as well as develop strong customer relationships and bring customer strategy into JDE.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a proven track record of UK account executive and management experience in a retail FMCG brand environment, preferably with experience of dealing with customers within the wholesale sector. You'll also need to have strong organizational skills, the ability to work with others to deliver a specific customer strategy, and a strong ability to demonstrate NSV growth achievement.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver customer AOP P&L, encompassing agreed volume, NSV, GP & GP% measures
* Negotiate pricing, promotions, and account planning with customers
* Develop strong customer relationships and bring customer strategy into JDE
* Understand category, market, customer, and consumer dynamics
* Negotiate NPD listings & distribution extensions for existing products
* Promotional evaluation
* Leadership of internal business planning & stakeholder management
**Requirements:**
* Proven UK account executive and management experience in a retail FMCG brand environment
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to work with others to deliver a specific customer strategy
* Ability to demonstrate NSV growth achievement
* Strong internal networks and cross-functional relationship building skills
* Ability to deal with ambiguity, lack of data, and difficult and demanding customer conversations
* Degree educated (or equivalent)
