Job Overview

As a Mechanical Integrity Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and safety of pressure systems at a leading chemical manufacturer. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a globally recognized company that is investing heavily in its operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecast and schedule inspections for pipework and bulk storage systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Planners to plan and record shutdown-specific activities and remedial actions.
  • Update and monitor the Asset Integrity Lifecycle spreadsheet, including short- and long-term corrosion rate data.
  • Maintain inspection frequencies aligned with Written Schemes of Examination and update them in the CMMS (Oracle).

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Industry Code Standards and procedures, including API 510, 570, and 653.
  • Experience with Non-Destructive Testing methods and CMMS systems.
  • Background in the Petro-chemical, oil & gas sectors or multi-industry sector experience.
