As our multimedia specialist, no two days will be the same. One moment, you're crafting captivating video content for our West End-style shows, the next, you're editing a podcast for Marketing or shooting an induction video for HR. And let's not forget the social media team - they'll need your skills to showcase the day-to-day life on the Resort.
We're looking for a talented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves variety. Whether it's long-form or short-form content, you'll be our go-to person for filming, recording, and editing.

This role is extremely varied, and you will have the opportunity to work with our Entertainment, Social Media, Marketing, and Operations teams at both of our Five Star Resorts to;
- Create high-quality, visually stunning photography and videography that showcases the unique experiences and attractions at Potters Resorts.
- Ensure all content created adheres to the organisation’s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity across all multimedia assets.
- Capture and create diverse multimedia content including promotional videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and imagery to showcase the Resorts unique features and experiences.
- Record high-quality audio and video content, which will be used to create engaging and accessible multimedia assets for various departments across the Resorts.
- Develop and execute real-time creative content ideas that align with strategies and campaigns.
- Product high-quality training videos incorporating our culture, values and processes.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in multimedia content creation, constantly seeking innovative ways to engage our audience.
**What we are looking for**:
- Proven experience in video and audio production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition (or equivalent software)
- Excellent photography and videography skills, with a keen eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for creating engaging content.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
- Problem solving abilities and adaptability to changing deadlines and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of people.
**Qualifications**
- Degree or equivalent qualification in film, media, or a related field would be desirable.
- Proven experience of working within a similar role.
