Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed monthly revenue targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, using a multi-channel approach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales pipeline growth and customer engagement.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and sales methodologies to drive team performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the travel or SaaS industry, with a proven track record of achieving quotas.
  • Strong value-led selling skills, with experience using sales methodologies such as Miller Heinman or MEDDICC.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Fluency in English and/or additional European languages is a plus.
