Reactive Administrator Nights Role

Job Summary:
Chevron Traffic Management is seeking a skilled Reactive Administrator to join our team in Scunthorpe. As a Reactive Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our traffic management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to queries and resolve issues related to jobs allocated for the North region out of hours
- Communicate with operatives to resolve queries and provide support
- Verify and ensure accurate completion of paperwork for job invoicing
- Book accommodations as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader or as needed
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality in a time-critical environment
- Ability to work permanent night shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Traffic Management
- Background in a similar administrative role
