Reactive Administrator Nights

Job Summary:
Chevron Traffic Management is seeking a skilled Reactive Administrator to join our team in Scunthorpe. As a Reactive Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our night shift operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to queries and resolve issues related to night shift jobs in the North region
- Communicate effectively with operatives and ensure accurate paperwork is completed for invoicing purposes
- Book accommodations as needed
- Perform other duties as required by the team leader
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Reliability and punctuality in a time-critical environment
- Ability to work permanent night shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Traffic Management or a similar field
- Background in a similar administrative role
