At Chevron Traffic Management, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reactive Administrator to join our team on a night shift basis. As a Reactive Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our traffic management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with queries relating to jobs allocated for all of North region out of hours
  • Dealing with and resolving operative queries
  • Ensuring correct paperwork has been completed to enable the job to be invoiced
  • Booking of accommodation
  • Any other duties not completed by the staff from the day shift or as required by the team leader
Requirements:
  • Competent in Microsoft programmes
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good communication
  • Reliable/punctual as this is a time critical environment
  • Happy and able to work permanent night shifts
