About the Role

Your career as a Land Manager with Croudace Homes Limited will be focused on identifying and securing long-term option agreements for strategic sites and managing the promotion and viability of these sites up to outline planning permission.

As a key member of the Land Department, you will be responsible for understanding and complying with the operating procedures for the Land Department. Where appropriate, you will put forward proposals for changes to work procedures for all activities within your remit for approval by the Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure long-term option agreements for strategic sites
  • Manage the promotion and viability of sites up to outline planning permission
  • Understand and comply with Land Department operating procedures
  • Develop and implement proposals for changes to work procedures

About You

  • Degree in a Property-related discipline (preferred)
  • Substantial experience in a commercial role with excellent knowledge of planning
  • Entrepreneurial skills to exploit business opportunities and find new opportunities
  • Strong knowledge of the house building industry, including planning, design, technical matters, land law, contracts, services, finance, and sales
  • Previous experience in managing a strategic land portfolio
  • MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
