Position Overview:
Type: Permanent - Part Time hours per week.
As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Manager and be entrusted with a variety of essential maintenance and horticultural tasks aimed at maintaining a safe and appealing environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
- Perform necessary repairs and oversee the work of external contractors.
- Ensure that all outdoor areas, including gardens and grounds, are meticulously maintained and visually appealing.
This role is ideal for individuals who possess practical skills in maintenance, gardening, and painting, coupled with a genuine respect for the elderly.
