An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Asset and Compliance Data Manager to join First Garden Cities Homes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a talented team of professional colleagues across every department to help drive a culture that puts Health and Safety at the heart of service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing technical specialist assurance and expertise for landlord compliance, ensuring safe homes and neighbourhoods and safe working conditions for colleagues.
  • Administering and managing the performance of all contractors providing landlord compliance related services, including gas, electric, fire, asbestos, lifts, water hygiene.
  • Responsible for quality assurance of all asset management and property data, providing quality assurance over data that is held, maintained, and updated compliantly within Information Systems.
  • Coordinating and ensuring effective and compliant fleet management of the small, in-house maintenance team.
Requirements
  • Health & Safety/Compliance qualification e.g., Level 4 Asset & Building Management Compliance
  • Data-analytics qualification
  • NEBOSH Certificate or Diploma
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills
