Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Band 8a Clinical Neuropsychologist, you will play a key role in providing specialist neuropsychology services to adults with acquired brain injuries and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highly specialist neuropsychology assessment, therapy, advice, and consultation on ABI clients' psychological care for clients themselves, carers, professionals, and all other agencies.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to Assistant Psychologists and Trainee Clinical Psychologists where available and to other members of the multi-disciplinary team.
- Undertake appropriate research and development projects within the service under the direction of the Service's Grade 8c Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologists.
About the Role:
This is a newly created vacancy for a Band 8a Clinical Neuropsychologist specialising in neuropsychology and brain injury rehabilitation. The post is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and provides an exciting opportunity for the post-holder to develop and consolidate their neuropsychology skills within a long-established and well-regarded community brain injury service.
