Clinical Neuropsychologist

We are seeking a highly specialist clinical psychologist/neuropsychologist to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide highly specialist neuropsychology assessment, therapy, advice, and consultation on ABI clients' psychological care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide highly specialist neuropsychology assessment, therapy, advice, and consultation on ABI clients' psychological care.
- Be accountable for own professional practice within professional guidelines and within the overall management structure of the ABI Service.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to Assistant Psychologists and Trainee Clinical Psychologists where available and to other members of the multi-disciplinary team.
- Undertake appropriate research and development projects within the service under the direction of the Service's Grade 8c Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologists.

Person SpecificationThe successful candidate will have a doctoral or other HCPC recognised qualification in Clinical Psychology, graduate membership of the British Psychological Society, and evidence of continuing professional development. They will also have highly developed skills in the use of complex methods of psychological assessment, intervention, and management, and the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, complex, highly technical, and/or sensitive information to clients, carers, and other agencies.
