Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Director Cost Consultant to join our London-based team at Cast Consultancy. This full-time, hybrid position entails overseeing projects and leading teams to provide cost management services for residential developments across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects and lead teams to provide cost management services for residential developments
  • Work closely with clients and project teams to offer expert guidance and support throughout the project
  • Develop and nurture talent within the team
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive positive change in the development and construction industry

Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience working in the UK construction industry
  • Adaptable individual who can lead teams and manage multiple projects
  • Skilled in developing client and other project relationships
  • MRICS or another qualification in a relevant business discipline
  • Demonstrable passion for and understanding of the Real Estate and Construction Industry
